On March 30, 2023, we completed the paramedic course and exam that we conducted with the Regional Red Cross Society Šmarje pri Jelše as part of the activities of the CRO-SI SAFE Interreg V-A Slovenia-Croatia project. 15 new paramedics and paramedics successfully completed the task after 45 hours of theoretical and practical training. We are starting with a new team of fifteen participants, because the interest was great, and the acquired knowledge is very important for our area.

The paramedic course is intended for lay people and can be attended by anyone. It is also intended for members of first aid teams operating in work organizations and institutions, as well as members of first aid teams of volunteer associations that make up protection and rescue forces in the Civil Protection system, in accordance with the Decree on the Organization, Equipment and Training of Forces for Protection, Rescue and Assistance (Reg. .l. RS No. 92/07 and 27/16).
