On Monday, May 15, 2023, in the premises of the Business and Technology Incubator of the Krapina-Zagorje County, a press conference was held on the project 'CRO-SI SAFE', the main goal of which is to improve the cross-border partnership of emergency rescue services.

The conference was attended by the project manager Tanja Ivek, the director of the Zagorje Development Agency Karolina Barilar, the prefect of the Krapina-Zagorje County Željko Kolar, the commander of the KZŽ Fire Brigade Marijan Lovrenčić and the director of the Institute for Emergency Medicine of the KZŽ Krešimir Božić. The contribution of the project to the strengthening of cross-border capacities was emphasized, given that as part of it numerous trainings for emergency services were carried out and valuable equipment was acquired, but also that it contributes to the improvement of cross-border public services of emergency rescue services, especially in rural areas.
