On Tuesday, November 15, 2022. a meeting of the CRO-SI-SAFE project team was held in Terme Tuhelj. Representatives of all four project partners were present - Zagorje Development Agency, Krapinsko-Zagorska county, Sotla Development Agency and Rogatec Municipality.

We went through the implemented and upcoming activities and the instructions for submitting the first report for the first 6 months of project implementation. We received positive comments on the successfully conducted cross-border demonstration exercises in Klanjec on October 6. and Rogaška Slatina on November 11. and a presentation of emergency services that was held on Zivtovo trg in Zabok for stakeholders of vulnerable groups on October 5. and activation of stakeholders in the organization of the Krapinsko-Zagorska county and the Zagorje Development Agency - PUB QUIZ in Zabok, on October 7. As for the procurement of equipment, the Municipality of Rogatec has acquired a special vehicle, and the Krapinsko-Zagorsku county is in the process of tendering the procurement for the needs of its emergency services. The project website was created and other comunication activities were carried out. We have two study trips coming up until the end of 2022 - November 25. to Primorsko-Goranska county and on 14. and 15. December to Austria. All specialized trainings for emergency services workers is also planned for the second reporting period, of which the MRMI course in Novi Mesto stands out. Two animated video clips will be ready by the end of the November (1 RASO and 1 KZŽ). We went through the plan for the first aid course and competition for elementary school students and the plan for the kindergarten olympiad.

All those present went through the requests for changes and the instructions for filling out the report for the first reporting period ending on November 30, 2022.
